This Appeal is about a letter wrote by E. Kolb, Chair of the Peel Police Services Board and which contains falsehoods.

Commission members
A list of persons who we are to believe can make no errors and you can't appeal their decisions!!! Well what if they are too lazy to read the file and only go with what the summary says?
