- July 13, 2004 The Mayor's second Bidwell letter.
Our File: C.01 Dear Ms. Taylor: Thank you for your e-mail dated June 22, 2004 in response to my letter to you of June 15, 2004. As requested following our telephone conversation, I contacted Damian Albanese, Director of Engineering and Construction for the Region of Peel, to look at the possibility of an alternate location for the site servicing. Mr. Albanese spent a great deal of time and effort with the consultants on the project who advised him they would have to wait for a decision from Mr. Mark Mandelbaum who was away in Israel. Today, I had the opportunity to speak with Mr. Mandelbaum who confirmed that they would be proceeding with the project according to the plan approved by the Ontario Municipal Board and in accordance with the settlement agreement you reached with the developer.
