to the proposal to intensify the land around the Cawthra Bush. Natural
areas provide peace of mind to the residents, and this reduces stress and
associated health costs, as well as increases the general area quality
both because cars are not driving in the natural place, and secondly, because
of the advantages to air quality provided by the natural vegetation. Natural
wetlands are also extremely important for preserving water quality in a
region. These are all reasons that you have heard before. They are, indeed,
