or public body that files a notice of appeal of a decision of the City
of Mississauga in respect of the proposed Official Plan Amendment and/or
Zoning By-law does not make oral submissions at a public meeting or make
written submissions to the City of Mississauga before the proposed Official
Plan Amendment and/or Zoning By-law is adopted, the Ontario Municipal Board
may dismiss all or part of the appeal. If you wish to be notified of the
adoption of the proposed Official Plan Amendment and/or Zoning By-law you
must make a written request to
Subsequent to this public meeting, staff will prepare a report with recommendations regarding the applications which will be dealt with at either a future Planning and Development Committee meeting or Council meeting. To be notified of the future meetings you must sign the registry available at the public meeting or request notification through the City Clerk. The proposed Official Plan Amendment, materials and additional background information regarding the proposed Zoning By-law are available to the public for inspection at the 11th floor, Planning and Building Department, Mississauga Civic Centre between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
